- RFQ Solicitation THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide Minor Construction Services as needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 12 months from the date of award. In addition, the Government may exercise two (2) optional years with the same scope of services. Each option year shall also have a 12 month period of performance. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. This solicitation will be available on or about 24 July 2018. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILALABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS RELEASED. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
