- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:VA City:Covington Delineated Area: N: Riverside Street W from Lexington Avenue N to Monroe Avenue N E: Monroe Avenue S to SR-220 to Carpenter Drive S S: Carpenter Drive S across the railroad tracks to Grand Piano Road to Thacker Road to Durant Road S W: Durant Road to Craig Avenue to Locust Street to Marion Avenue to Main Street to Lexington Avenue to Riverside Street W Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):5,700 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):5,985 ABOA Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):Access per local code Full Term:15 Years Firm Term:10 Years Option Term:None Additional Requirements: •Offered space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide. •Offered space must be contiguous on a single level. •Offered space must have a minimum of 20' for column spacing and cannot be more than 2' square. •Offered space above the ground level must have at least 2 passenger accessible elevators. •Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. •All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
