Description

Synopsis: This announcement is to provide notice that the Department of Veteran Affairs, West Haven, CT intends to award a sole source procurement to First Nation Group dba Jordan Reses for the procurement of Resmed Air Touch F20 Multi-Pack full face masks for oxygen therapy. This award is based upon a valid Sole Source Justification, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Resmed has supplied a letter stating the products are new product offerings for the VA. At this time they are currently part of a controlled product launch and as function of this launch they are currently only available through First Nations Group. As they increase their inventory they expect them to be available to all of their approved distributors. The anticipated vendor for award and contact information is First Nation Group dba Jordan Reses, 4566 Highway 20 East, Suite #208, Niceville, FL, 32578-8839, DUNS 078875731. This is a special notice only and is NOT a solicitation. However the government will consider responses submitted on or before 12:00 PM (noon) EST Friday July 27, 2018. Submit to Carl Langer, Contract Officer, carl.langer@va.gov. All communication, including questions, must be in by email. Any response must provide clear and concise documentation supporting an offerors' bona fide capability to provide these items. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive requirement is in the best interest of the government.
