Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, Saginaw, Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide all management, supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform emergency back-up laboratory services, which may include stat and routine clinical diagnostic laboratory testing 24/7. Period of performance is October 1, 2018 September 30, 2019. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 621511. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Potential bidders should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. No fax or email bid packages shall be accepted. Bid packages will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about July 31, 2018. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
