- N0016418FJ262 SOLE SOURCE - Razorbill R5D+2V2X10 w/ Drive Packs P/N: ASY00544-01, Rattler P/N: ASY00064-01 - FSG 5895 - NAICS 334511 Anticipated Issue Date: 23 July 2018 - Anticipated Closing Date: 30 July 2018 - 2:00PM EST THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER N00164-17-G-JV08. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to award a Job Order (JO) under sole sources Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-17-G-JV08. The BOA was issued to SIX3 Advanced Systems, Inc. DBA: BIT Systems, 45200 Business Ct., Dulles, VA 20166. Acquisitions under the BOA have been and will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The basis for restricting competition was the lack of sufficient technical data, restricted software rights, duplicative cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition, and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency requirement through any other source. As a result of this JO the overall contract ceiling for the BOA N00164-17-G-JV08 will remain unchanged. This JO is in support of the Red Falcon Mission System which supports the Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) PMA-290. The following Part Number will be procured: P/N: ASY00544-01 6 each Razorbill R5D2+V2X10 w/Drive Pack P/N: ASY00064-01 2 each Rattler Simulator Request for proposal will not be made available through http://www.fbo.gov. The request for proposal will be provided to BIT Systems through electronic mail. The proposed noncompetitive contract action is anticipated to be awarded under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The anticipated contract award date is 15 August 2018. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contract BIT Systems 45200 Business Ct., Dulles, VA 20166.
