- Description
- The USP&FO for Maine intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) under W912JD-18-Q-0007 on/or about 26 July 2018; to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to perform non-personnel service required for one non-clinical case manager and two non-clinical medical support assistants, as defined in this PWS. The Government intends to award a single, firm fixed-price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 621999 The small business size standard is $15 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. (Ref: FAR 19.5) The period of performance is for one year starting on/or about the 22 September 2018. No paper documents will be issued by this office. All inquiries must be in writing, preferred method is via email to the person(s) specified in the solicitation. All answers will be provided in writing via posting to the web. This announcement serves as the advance notice for this project. The RFQ will be posted and accessed electronically by the public at http://www.fbo.gov. All interested parties submitting quotes that do not have an active account in System for Award Management database at http://www.sam.gov website will not be eligible for award.
