The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources, small and other than small businesses, to perform a potential requirement. Respondents are required to be registered and in good standing in The System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1. All attendees do so at your own expense, the Government will NOT pay any fees associated with this site visit. Purpose and Objective: Your response to this information will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS code: 811219 and sized standard is $20.5M. NOTE: Respondents claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in Vendor Information Portal https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov NOTICE OF ROOM NUMBER CHANGE: This purpose of this modification is to inform interested vendor or the room number change for the scheduled site visit. All other information remains the same. Site Visit Information: Time: 10:00 am on Tuesday 24, 2018. Location: Dallas VA Medical Center,4500 South Lancaster Road, Dallas Texas 75216. Room Location: Clinical Addition BB111. You are encouraged to go to the information desk located in the main hospital entrance Site Visit Format: The 1st part of the site visit will be a tour of selected areas where patient lifts are installed. After the product tour, the 2nd part will be a Q&A session where interested vendors can ask questions of the COR for clarity of the SOW. Other Information: All interested in attending are encouraged to send an email confirmation by 07/23/18 12:00 noon CST to reginaldd.hayes@va.gov.
