Amendment 0001: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 36C26318Q0635 Sioux Falls Dishwasher Conveyor System, Hobart, brand-name or equal This amendment is to post questions and answers as of 07/20/2018. Question 1: Previously, we had submitted a quote for assembly only of the requested items. The SoW now simply states Installation, Setup and Training. Is only the assembly of the items listed needed, or, is connections and training needed? What work will the VA do and what work will the Contractor do? Response:   Installation of equipment and connection to utilities by installing Contractor. VA shall provide utilities for contractor connection. Training on familiarization of machine functions and use will be provided by the Contractor. Question 2: Do you have the dimensions and specification for the dishtable? Response:   Height shall match dishwashing machine for smooth transition. Cut sheet states 34, but vendor/equipment supplier shall verify the height matches the proposed dishwasher. 10 6 length as reflected in the drawing attached to the solicitation.
