This notice is posted IAW Far 19.804.2. This project proposal is limited to qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms. Solicitation: 36C25518R0528, Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price, NAICS: 238220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Business size is $15.0M, Title-Description of Requirement: PN 589A5-18-135 Renovate 2nd Floor for VCL. Provide labor and materials to design and build a renovation and reconfiguration of existing 2nd floor space in the Topeka VHA building 3 to correct functional layout issues in order to expand a Veteran Crisis Line Call Center at the Topeka VA Medical Center, inclusion of zone controlled climate control for both heating and cooling expansion, and bituminous surfacing of parking lot 14 to achieve 200 parking spaces, security parking lights, a dedicated uninterruptable power supply, emergency power generator and ATS/building. Completion time from NTP is undetermined but estimated between 210 and 361 calendar days. The facility location: VISN 15/ Topeka VAMC, 2200 Gage Blvd., Topeka, KS 66622. The estimated cost magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Proposal will be posted on or about July 31, 2018.
