Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested directly from TDi Technologies, Inc. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to enter into a contract on the basis of other than full and open competition for brand name ConsoleWorks software maintenance. The TAC intends to award a sole source, 12-month firm-fixed-price contract, followed by two 12-month option periods to TDi Technologies, Inc., 1600 10th St. Suite B, Plano, TX 75074-8671 pursuant to the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 entitled Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541511. The Solicitation Number for this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is 36C10B18Q2845. Offers are due on July 30, 2018 at 10 AM EST.
