- PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR GENERAL AGENDA AND INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER FOR THE DIFFERENT EVENTS: Each interested company/firm shall register by submitting the enclosed registration form to the Primary Point of Contact: Lisa M. Clark, Lisa.M.Clark@usace.army.mil via email. Email subject shall read "CMP Registration Form". Your response is due in house by close of business Monday, 23 July 2018. 8 Aug 18: Site Visit Site visit registration is mandatory and it will be based on the name of the Company and not the person. Only two participants can represent the company. Two sessions will be provided to maximize the participation. The company can indicate which session they would like to participate. Slots will be assigned taking into consideration the order the request was received. However, if interested, registration is mandatory. The companies interested must complete the attached CMP Form in its entirety. USACE will then notify the selected companies via email.
