- Amendment 0001 to extend quotation due date. The Government Accountability Office requests quotes for a access to a comprehensive electronic library of books, periodicals, and statistics that cover multiple topics on a national and international scope. The purchase resource will allow GAO staff to remain informed and will provide information to support GAO analysis on a wide variety of subjects and topics. Please see Attachment 1 - Statement of Requirements of the RFQ for additional information. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. GAO intends to award one purchase order with a period of performance starting on August 1, 2018. The anticipated period of performance will extend for one year and include four (4) one-year option periods. QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED ON A LOWEST-PRICED, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE BASIS. Offerors are instructed to submit sample publications showing the requested contect and publishing history, and shall include their terms of use or licensing language for GAO review. Questions are due by 4:00pm EST on Friday, July 20, 2018. Please submit your questions via email to Catherine Campbell, Contract Specialist, at CampbellC1@gao.gov. Quotes are due by 5:00pm EST on Thursday, July 26, 2018. Please return a signed copy of Page 1 of the amendment (in Blocks 15a, b, and c) with your quotation submission.
