Description

Justification and approval for the trackeye software intent to sole source. The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Division D, APG, MD 21005, on behalf of the US Army Test and Evaluation Center (USATEC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract on a sole source basis to Specialised Imaging Inc., 41690 Enterprise Circle N, Ste. 104, Temecula, CA 92590-5617, CAGE Code: 5ATL4 for the procurement of TrackEye software using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. The anticipated period of performance is the remainder of the current base year and the remaining (4)four option years. The Government intends to award on a sole source basis with Specialised Imaging Inc. under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Responsible parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 27 July 2018. The POC for this action is Kristin M.
