- Description
- Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities and equipment required to accomplish the new manufacture of the item(s). Generally, this entails the procurement/manufacture of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping. Additionally, potential sources may be responsible for supply chain management, logistics planning, forecasting production requirements, long-lead time parts procurement, diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortage issues, and shipping serviceable assets. The unit prices will be established at the time of a contract award. This effort includes one NSN. 1620-01-107-6860 The following firms are approved to manufacture this material: Triumph Actuation Systems - 97415 P/N 7-0566-2 BOEING COMPANY, THE DBA BOEING 76301 P/N 7-0566-2 Any firm not currently approved to manufacture this item will have to submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package. This procurement will not be delayed waiting for SAR approval. No Technical Data Package is available to assist in the creation of a SAR Package.
