- Presolicitation Synopsis The receiver processor (RP), NSN: 5865-01-461-0044 NR, uses high speed RF swithing mono-pulse measurements of frequency, amplitude, anle of arrival and has various ohter capabilities for the B-2 Defensive Management System (DMS). The Vendor is to provide overhaul and repair of the NSN to return it to serviceable 'A' condition, issuable to all customers without limitation or restriction.
