The North American Industry classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 236220. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1102 and FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM); contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov The objective of this project is to renovate the break room in hangar 73, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, TX in accordance with Attachment 1, Statement of Work. The 502d Contracting Squadron JBSA-Randolph, TX intends to award a contract with a 116 calendar day period of performance. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement.
