(ABOA): 20,120 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 total Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 2 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: none Additional Requirements: Space must be no more than 2 city blocks from a primary or secondary street serving the building. Space must be within 1,320 walkable linear feet from a public transportation stop. Space must be above the first floor (grade/street level). An accessible vestibule is required if a public entrance to the offered space is directly from the outdoors. Building must have a minimum of two accessible elevators; one of the accessible elevators may serve as a freight elevator. Space must be contiguous on one floor, with the exception of the mail/storage room (553 ABOA SF) and/or training/multipurpose room (1,640 ABOA SF) which may be separated by a public corridor Column spacing must be no less than 20 feet on center and a minimum of 20 feet from a wall.
