Description

Attachment J3- Initial Task Order Statement of Work Attachment J3- NLS Agile Methodology Attachment J1- Braille Reader Requirements Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number, 030ADV18R0357, is issued as an unrestricted Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97/01-24-2018. This requirement is not set aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 518210- Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services. The applicable Product Service Code is D402- IT and Telecom- Systems Development. This solicitation includes information for the anticipated single-award, IDIQ contract. Refer to the attached document for applicable provisions and clauses, to include, instructions to offerors, and evaluations factors for the awar. The Library of Congress incorporates deviations from 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 that are also included in the attached solicitation document.
