- SF-18 Request for Quote (RFQ) Statement of Work (SOW) Provisions This is a combined synopsis/soloicitation for In-Patient Survey Services conducted under Simplified Acquisitions FAR subpart 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The current solicitation number is: 18-239-SOL-00099 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The clauses referenced in this solicitation may be obtained in full text form at http:/www.arnet.gov/far. The Department of Health and Human Services/Indian Health Service has a requirement for various medical equipment for the Bemidji Area Indian Health Service.
