Anticipated Contract Award Number: TBD 12.Contract Line Item Number: See Attached 13.Contract Award Date: Anticipated award in August/Sep. 2018 14.Contractor: TBD 15.Description: The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is supporting the efforts of the Government of Tunisia (GoT) to develop a compact program, with the overall objective of reducing poverty through inclusive economic growth. The compact, currently under development, aims to improve the business climate, in regards to administrate and regulatory procedures, as well as the supply of water as it relates to economic growth in regions of water scarcity. As part of compact development, MCC requires specialized services to conduct a focused agribusiness commercial, legal and institutional reform (AgCLIR) diagnostic in order to better understand the enabling environment for agribusiness in Tunisia. The diagnostic will identify specific policy and regulatory reforms and identify potential interventions that the compact might support. 16. a.Delivery schedule: approx. August 2018 - January 2019 b.Duration of the contract period: 90-day base period and one 80-day service option. 17.Place of Contract Performance: Tunisia Africa, and possibly Washington D.C. 18.This will be for a full-and-open competition
