- medical Manikin SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9124V18Q0005 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The proposed contract is 100% competitive set aside for small business concerns. NAICS code is 339112, with a size standard of 1,000 employees The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98, effective 31 May 2018. Offers shall propose a firm fixed price for medical manikin in accordance with the attached "18Q0005 4FBO" which includes a SOW for both requirements. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer, conforming to the specifications outlined within this RFQ, represents the lowest price that meets the minimum specifications. The customer has identified the Laerdal SimMan 3G (US) Light Manikin and accessories (which includes SimMan 3G Manikin, LLEAP License, Drug Recognition Kit, USB Headset/Microphone, SpO2 Probe, Keyboard and Mouse, Consumables, and 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty) as meeting the requirements of the medical (Sim-man) manikin. Offered items can be brand name or equal to the listed brand. Salient characteristics are listed in the SOW. Question must be in email format, any communication via phone must be synopsised via an email. Last proposed day for questions is by COB July 2nd, 2018. The Government will post a Q&A after the question deadline if any questions or information is recieved or given that may effect another vendors offer. Pre-modiification posting included a requirement for a Maternal Birthing Simulator which is no longer part of this soliciation. Offers shall only be for the medical manikin identified in the attached SOW.
