The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to resume the Special Notice 36C24618Q9448 INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE to SDVOSB in its entirety. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 2 business days of publication (on/before July 19, 2018 at 4:00PM). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Questions shall be submitted electronically to melisha.evans@va.gov. Verbal and telephonic inquiries will not be accepted.
