- Purchase Description 25-29 October Purchase Description 23-27 Sept. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued under Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912NS-18-Q-2523. All quotes shall referrence the RFQ number and shall be submitted by 11:00 A.M. Central time on 31 July 2018. The anticipated award date is no later than 23 August 2018. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87.The procurement is posted as a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 722320 and the small business size standard is $7,500,000.00. The following commercial items are requested (see enclosed Purchase Description). Please utilize below contract Line Item Number (CLIN)when submitting quote. CLIN 0001 - 24SEP-27SEP = 2540 EA Breakfast Meals, Serving time 0500/5:00 A.M thru 0800/8:00 A.M. CLIN 0002 - 23SEP-26SEP = 2540 EA Dinner Meals, Serving time 1700/5:00 P.M thru 2000/8:00 P.M. CLIN 0003 - 26OCT-29OCT = 2469 EA Breakfast Meals, Serving time 0500/5:00 A.M. thru 0800/8:00 A.M. CLIN 0004 - 25OCT-28OCT = 2469 EA Dinner Meals, Serving time 1700/5:00 P.M. thru 2000/8:00 P.M. SEE ATTACHED (2) EA PURCHASE DESCRIPTIONS FOR DETAILS ON THIS PROCUREMENT. One round of questions and answers will be considered. cutoff for questions related to this RFQ shall be submitted to sharon.k.lau.civ@mail.mil (start email subject with "RFI - W912NS-18-Q-2523 - Company Name") no later than 11:00 A.M Central Time, 24 July 2018. All questions and answers received will be placed on FBO for fair opportunity to all interested parties. Please submit your quote on a Company Letter Head to sharon.k.lau.civ@mail.mil (start email subject with "Quote - W912NS-18-Q-2523 - Company Name") no later than 11:00 A.M. CDT, 31 July 2018. QUOTE MUST REFLECT PRICE PER MEAL AND TOTAL COST FOR CLIN FOR EACH CLIN, THEN REFLECT A TOTAL COST OF QUOTE. If changes are required post award, it will require a bilateral contract modification pursuant to FAR 52.212-4(Contract Terms & Conditions - Commercial Items) issued by the Contracting Office within awarded vendor's policy provided above. Basis of Award: Best Value will be determined on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). All quotes will be ranked by price. The all quotes received will receive the technical acceptability review below. To be Technically Acceptable, quote must clearly reflect the offeror's understanding of the Purchase Description and have adequate Past Performance. To be considered for award and to be considered Technically Acceptable the vender is required to be registered in SAM.gov (with no active exclusions) prior to submitting their quote. Offerors who simply restate the Purchase Description requirements may be considered not Technically Acceptable. Offeror must provide evidence of past performance on at least two previous similar contracts performed in the past 24 months.
