Description

The Department of Justice has a need for the lease of approximately one hundred fifty-eight (158) indoor parking spaces for the period of October 1, 2018 thru September 30, 2019 and may include up to four one year options to extend the term of the contract. The spaces will be assigned to Department of Justice employees. There is a geographic restriction. The automobile entrance to any parking facility offered by the contractor must be located within the following zone: between 7th and 9th Street, and D and E Street, all in Northwest, Washington, DC. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about August 1, 2018.
