We see a total of 6 different location sites The FFP IDIQ will have deliveries to all of the mentioned locations during the 5 year period of performance. Once the FFP IDIQ contract is in place the station will start sending individual orders over for the specific locations and qty needed. The 1st 16 exam tables are expected to be delivered at the Lancaster location. FFP = FIRM Fixed Price IDIQ = Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Reference FAR 16.505 Ordering Regarding the above solicitation, can you help clarify the connection between the 16 exam tables requested and the IDIQ language over 5 years? The base contract IDIQ and the 1st order of 16 exam tables will be awarded on the 5 year IDIQ contract. The 16 exam tables are needed for delivery the week of 8/24/18. Over the course of 5 years we can/will order up to either the dollar amount on the justification or the maximum number of tables needed (200). The pricing will reflect what is quoted on the Base IDIQ contract and orders will be directly cut under this contract. Are the exam tables listed needed now with the potential for new requirements over 5 years or are the listed tables needed over the next 5 years? The 16 exam tables are needed for 30 Days ARO The remaining 184 exam tables can have orders placed under this contract over the 5 year period of performance. Is the expectation to hold price over the time period of the agreement with annual price increases or can new quotes be obtained for each need? This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract for a period of performance of 5 years. Midmark in the past has stated they would not honor pricing for 5-years due to the financial risk Midmark is aware of our intent for exam tables
