BOM ID04180110 21 May 2018 Instructions to Offeror ID04180110 July 17 2018 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement including applicable attachments constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) under GSA requirement number ID04180110. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used for this acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 13. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99 effective July 16, 2018. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order for this requirement to Data Security Inc., 300 South 7th Street Lincoln, NE 68508 using procedures outlined in FAR subpart 13.5 in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
