The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Acquisition Management Services (AMS), on behalf of the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) intends to sole source to: BLOOMBERG FINANCE L.P. 731 Lexington Ave. New York, NY 10022-1331 In accordance with FAR 5.207(c), ACF's requirement is described as follows: (1) National Stock Number (NSN): N/A (2) Specification: Bloomberg Web-Based Subscription for Congressional Reporting Services. (3) Manufacturer: N/A (4) Functional Description: Bloomberg Web-Based Subscription for Congressional Reporting Services. (5) Predominant material of manufacture: N/A (6) Quantity: N/A (7) Unit of issue: N/A (8) Destination information: OS/ACF 330 C Street, SW Suite 5020D Washington, DC 20201 (9) Delivery Schedule: Delivery of products - N/A (10) Duration of the contract period: September 30, 2018 through September 29, 2019 plus Four (4) 12 Months Option Periods. (11) Sustainable acquisition requirements: N/A (12) Description of Procedure: This is a pre-solicitation notice of intent to sole source. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. No solicitation document is available. The anticipated award date is no later than August 1, 2018.
