This is ATTACHMENT B - PRICE SCHEDULE for OPTIONAL ANNUAL MAINTENANCE/SUPPORT/EXTENDED WARRANTIES This is ATTACHMENT A - PRICING TABLE, which must be completed and submitted in EXCEL format. This is the Exhibit A referenced in SECTION A. BACKGROUND of the RFP. This is the Request for Proposal Statement of Work PLEASE GO TO THE ATTACHMENTS FOR THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) WHICH OFFEROR SHALL REVIEW AND SUBMIT TO RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE.
