- Description
- The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to perform inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of cranes and hoists in Sagami General Depot (SGD). Note 1: This project will bNote 5: Attachment 1 for Notice to Offeror, Gate pass request is not attached. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the form. e performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: Drawings are not attached uploaded PWS. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings. Note 4: Site visit will be conducted on 2 Aug 18 hours at SGD. All offerors shall be at gate on 1000 hours. If your company request to participate in the site visit, the offerors shall submit an uploaded gate pass request form to contract administrator NLT 24 Jul 18.Note 5: Attachment 1 for Notice to Offeror, Gate pass request form is not attached. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the form.
