- Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Fiscal Services (Fiscal Service) on behalf of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to Parking Management, Inc. (PMI) of eight (8) parking spaces within the TIGTA - HQ location in Washington DC from 10/01/2018 - 9/30/2023 inclusive of a base year and four 12-month option years. Fiscal Service will consider affirmative responses received no later than July 20, 2018 at 10:00 AM ET. Offerors shall respond to this notice if they believe they can provide TIGTA the same Parking as provided by PMI. Responses shall include the name and point of contact information for its company along with a description of the products. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Responses shall be submitted to Purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov - Attention: BC/ED. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
