Description

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 36C10G-18-R-0004SS Hotel Conference Services The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC), Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics (OPAL), on behalf of Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with the FAR 15.201(e) to determine the availability and technical capabilities of providing qualified services to support hotel conference services which entails providing lodging, audio visual equipment, meeting space, meeting setup, and meeting storage space services directly from the National Hotel Chains for VA training and business events. A National Hotel Chain (NHC) is defined as a group of hotels which belongs to the same company, brand, brands of hotels and/or owner(s).    Those hotels which are individually owned & operated shall have a formal license agreement with the specific hotel company in which it is branded.   Without such a formal license agreement, the hotel shall not be able to flag itself with that specific hotel brand.   Only room nights from a NHC shall be deemed technically acceptable for this requirement.
