- Limited Sources Documentation Form - D-18-SA-0082. D-18-SA-0082 - DEA Provision and Clauses The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to solicit and negotiate using FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, a sole source purchase order with Jones Lang LaSalle for the differential between daytime and nighttime cleaning services at DEA Headquarters. This action is in support of General Services Administration (GSA) Lease #GS-11B-01994 awarded to Jones Lang LaSalle. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations and no solicitation will be issued. The government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price purchase order for the period of 09/30/2018 - 09/29/2019. A sole source determination is approved and is on file. Please see attached applicable provisions and clauses.
