Description
W52P1J-18-R-0011 Amendment 0001 The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Amendment 0001 to solicitation W52P1J-18-R-0011. The details of this amendment are provided below: Solicitation W52P1J-18-R-0011 remains in DRAFT Form. It is the intent of the US Army to release an amendment to the solicitation that changes the RFP from DRAFT to FINAL, so please continue monitoring FBO for future amendments. There are no envisioned changes to the solicitation and source selection methodology. There are anticipated changes forthcoming in the PWS that addresses additional performance metrics to adhere to. Proposals are not to be submitted against this DRAFT RFP and will not be considered for evaluation purposes. Offerors shall submit proposals against the FINAL RFP once released. Offerors are cautioned that a tight turnaround timeframe will be requested in the FINAL RFP release and there are not projected changes to the proposal submission instruction or anticipated extensions to be granted. The Security Ministries of Afghanistan Advisory Program Request for Proposal (RFP) has been released on 25 June 2018. See attached RFP with its attachments for details. Questions are due no later than 09 July 2018 at 0900 U.S. Central Time. Questions will be answered via an amendment to the RFP. Proposals are due no later than 21 August 2018 at 0900 U.S. Central Time.
