Description

The Alaska Air National Guard, Eielson AFB, Alaska has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to NATIONAL CINEMEDIA LLC, 6300 S Syracuse Way Ste 300, Centennial, CO, 80111-6723. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541840, size standard is $15M. This purchase order will provide one year media advertising at the Fairbanks Regal Theater. The anticipated award date is 31 July 2018. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Although the Government intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government if received no later than 20 July 2018 at 12:00 PM Alaska Time. Capabilities shall be submitted electronically to the following: usaf.ak.168-wg.list.fal-msc-contracting@mail.mil. Capabilities Statement shall include approval from Regal Cinemas that advertising with your company is allowed.
