Description
SOURCES SOUGHT AND COMMENTS REQUESTED on a plan for the VA Portland Healthcare System (VAPORHCS) to solicit as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) set-aside for a contract to provide Therapeutic Apheresis Nurse Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO20) is seeking possible sources and welcomes commentary on its plan to solicit and award a fixed-price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) contract to provide for afore-mentioned medical services. The contractor under this contract must privde all services at the VAPORHCS site, and must be capable of furnishing all services, equipment and supplies required to perform the services as required in the attached PWS, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract vehicle will be a 5-year continuous IDIQ contract against which annual task orders will be issued. NAICS: 621991 Blood and Organ Banks, applies. The size standard for any concern, including its affiliates with an average annual sales or receipts for it preceding three fiscal years shall not be more than $32.5 million. All offerors must have completed CCR and VIP registrations. Information shall be considered from all business concerns, but interested vendors must indicate whether or not they are a small business as well as any other socio-economic categories under which they intend to submit information.
