Description

This is a Sources Sought/Market Research synopsis. The Overton Brooks VA Medical Center Contracting office is performing market research to ascertain whether there are potential sources and their business size classification (HUB-Zone, 8(a), Small Business, Small Disadvantage Business, Women Owned Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, or Veteran Owned Business) relative to NAICS Code 339112 PSC 6515. The Medical Center is particularly interested in identifying Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or VOSB and their capability. The Medical Center is seeking potential sources to provide listed products with the below following technical specifications at the Overton Brooks 510 E. Stoner Ave., Shreveport VAMC, LA 71101. The facility is seeking the following products: Description LM-1800PD LM-1800PD Lensmeter MANUAL Manual - Operator & Service WARRANTY 12 Month Warranty Included Performance Work Statement Requirements: LM-600P with printer being requested. Automatic lens-meter with progressive lens detection, and automatic R/L recognition. Define requirements: The LM-600P requested must have a printer and have automatic lens-meter with detection of all the above mentioned. The distributor will deliver, set up and give education on the proper usage of this new equipment. Icon Driven Compensation of high index lenses Drop Built in IC Card Reader Wide Prism Measurement Range Channel Measurement Device Measures to.01 diopters Can be programmed for both ANSI or ISO standards NOTE: This notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only. This is not a solicitation for quotes. A solicitation will be issued at a later day and time. All information submitted in response to this source sought notice is considered voluntary. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, DUNS number, geographical location, business size and number of employees. Contracting Officers are required to verify that all SDVOSBs and VOSBs who are interested parties are VIP Verified during entire acquisition process.
