Kitchen Equipment for New Mexico VA Health Care System The Department of Veterans Affairs New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS) requires a contractor to provide kitchen equipment for use by the Nutrition and Food Service (NFS) Department. All items listed are Brand Name or Equal, meaning that offers must either supply the required brand name OR an equivalent product that meets the salient characteristics described below.
