Description

This requirement is to set up a Requirements contract for the repair of below assets to include a one year base and four annual option years. Assets will be shipped FOB ORIGIN to SW3119, DLA Distribution Warner Robins AFB, GA within 40 days after receipt of (ARO) contract or repairable for the oscillators and 120 calendar days ARO contract or repairable for the filters. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Source. There will be Travel (1 LO), Condemnation (1LO), and Data CLINs (1LO) as well. Should all option be exercised, the total duration to place orders would be 5 years from date of award. DBA STC Microwave Systems, Cage: 33025, via authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), due to Crane being the only company who possesses the data, skills, special equipment, and facilities required to repair the items. The detail design packages needed for the repair of these items are not in the Government's possession. The Governments only has the specification drawings (source data) which are insufficient to allow another source to repair the items. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation is expected to be issued approximately 31 Jul 2018, with responses due by 4:00p.m. EST, 28 Aug 2018. The RFP will be posted at www.fedbizopp.gov.
