- This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this sources sought notice is to identify potential bidders for custodial services on Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. The Contractor shall be required to furnish all the necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities, as needed to provide operations and technical support to provide custodial services to multiple buildings. The project will be procured utilizing contracting by negotiation, FAR Part 15. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561720 and the annual size standard is $18,000,000. The period of performance will be base period of one (1) year and one (4) one-year option periods. The estimated solicitation date is August 1, 2018. Interested concerns should, as early as possible but not later than July 19, 2018. Email responses to Deidre Parker at Deidre.parker@navy.mil and Lisa Coyle at lisa.t.coyle1@navy.mil. Only email responses will be entertained. The response should include a list of three recent projects similar to the scope and size of the subject project, to include a short description of the project, the dollar value, the date completed, and whether the concern was the prime or subcontractor for the project. The response should also include the company CAGE code, and the company DUNS number. Incomplete responses will not be entertained. This is a new procurement.
