- Draft PWS with Attachments Source Sought This notice is for market research purposes only and IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. The US Army Corps of Engineers seeks information about qualified small businesses capable of providing maintenance of Access Control Points for Little Rock AFB, AR. This acquisition will be accomplished using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561210 (Facilities Support Services). The Small Business Size Standard is $38.5M. The service period will be 1-year with up to 2 annual options. Interested firms must provide a narrative statement (not to exceed 2 pages total) containing the information below. 1. Company Name 2. Company CAGE Code 3. Company DUNS 4. Is your company a Small Business under NAICS 561210? (Size Standard is $38.5 M) 5. Does your company qualify as one of the below socio-economic statuses listed below? In your response, list all that apply to your company. a. HUBZone Small Business b. 8(a) Small Business c. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business d. Woman Owned Small Business 6. If awarded a contract for the services in the PWS, can your firm comply with the self-performance requirements of 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting? ("At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern.") 7. Responsible Point of Contract (Name, email, telephone) 8. Does your company have experience performing both regular periodic preventative maintenance and occasional corrective maintenance of Active Vehicle Barriers similar to the attached PWS within the last 3 years? Who were your customers? For each customer (not to exceed three customers), provide a short 1 or 2 paragraph narrative giving examples of services provided.
