- Notice of Revision CDRL ECP CDRL Accident/Incident Report CDRL Calibration CDRL Warranty CDRL Repair/Modification/Overhaul CDRL Validation Report CDRL CAVAF CDRL CAV AF CFM AFMC Form 158 PWS RFQ for NSN 6625-01-600-0983RN This acquisition is for a firm-fixed price requirements contract with a one year basic and four (4) one year options for a total of five years for the repair of Radar Pressue Test Set in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The NSN for this test set is 6625-01-600-0983RN, part number is 01441264-11. Best Estimated Quantities for this acquisition is four (4) per year. Offerors shall prepare their quotes in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposal will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ. All responses are due to the Contract Specialist by 13 August 2018 by 5pm est.
