- DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) NOTICE: Sources Sought SOLICITATION #: N/A POSTING DATE: 13 July 2018 RESPONSE DATE: 27 July 2018 1:00 p.m. CST NAICS Code: 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance SB Size Standard: $7.5M This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (market survey). This is not a request for quote (RFQ) or a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified businesses relative to the NAICS code 811310. The Small Business size standard for this NAICS code is $7.5 M. To make an appropriate acquisition decision for this project were it to be solicited, the Government may use responses to this sources sought synopsis. Large and Small Businesses are invited to answer this market survey and provide their contact information to determine market capabilities. Hurlburt Field, FL, is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential Small Business sources to perform inspection and repair services for the Total containment Trap-4 Bullet Trap (TCT-4) system and perform lead removal services. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached to provide interested vendors a general understand of the nature and scope of the work to be performed. This draft is not a final indication of all services to be performed under this contract effort. To indicate positive interest in this requirement, please submit the following to the 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron: •- Capability Statement •- Indicate whether your company has performed similar work. •- Vendor's CAGE and DUNS. This request may not directly lead to a Request for Quotes/Proposals. Deadline for submission is 27 July 2018 at 1:00 CST.
