Description

Statistical Analysis System (SAS) Limited Sources Justification The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Executive Information Systems, LLC (EIS) for the renewal of maintenance support for the Statistical Analysis System (SAS) installed at PBGC. This is a sole source procurement as this vendor is the only provider of the maintenance for this software. The contract action is being sought under FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source (including brand name product) is deemed reasonably available to provide the required supplies or services and the cost/price is at or below the SAT. The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) is a 12-month Base Period of August 1, 2018 through July 31, 2019. This is not a request for proposals but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued. Interested parties may, however, request further information (no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, on July 23, 2018) by email to the Contracting Officer; Teesa Roberts at Roberts.Teesa@pbgc.gov.
