Place of Performance: The wide range of repairs and replacement of components will be performed at various dams to include, but not limited to the following locations: Black Butte Lake, Eastman Lake (Buchanan Dam), Daguerre Dam, Englebright Lake, Farmington Dam, Hensley Lake (Hidden Dam), Lake Isabella, Lake Kaweah (Terminus Dam), Martis Creek Lake, Merced Stream Group (Burns, Bear, Owens, and Mariposa Dams), North Fork Dam, New Hogan Lake, Pine Flat Lake and Success Lake. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Sacramento District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has an upcoming acquisition to establish a Multiple Award Task Order Contract who's scope includes projects at multiple sites that will cover a wide range of repairs and/or replacement of components on all facets of federal dams operated and administered by the Sacramento District of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. Work will be include repair and/or replacement including, but not limited to, the following: Emergency/service gates, low flow gates, "Tainter" radial gates, measuring and monitoring equipment, piezometers, plumb line stations, relief wells, float-wells, conduit liners, penstocks, breast-walls, trash racks, bulk head gates, all facets of painting and paint removal, all facets of concrete repair, spillways, intake structures, plumbing systems, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, pump systems, wing walls, drain holes, vertical drains, conduits, and gate seals to include metal Babbitt seals. BACKGROUND: Based upon past projects and historical data there is basis for the award of these contracts. Acquisition Information: This acquisition is proceeding as a Small Business set-aside. Estimated Cost Range is between ($25,000,000 $100,000,000). DFARS 236.204(ii) Period of Performance (POP) for the MATOC: Each contract will have a Three (3) year base with two (2) one year option periods. This Procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE: Y1PZ, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $36,500,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Tonja J. Brazeau-Dreke e-mail tonja.j.dreke@usace.army.mil. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or about July 23, 2018, for downloading at the Government's website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. No paper copies will be issued. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. OFFERORS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION: Plans and specifications will NOT be provided in hard paper copy or CD-ROM format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) once the RFP is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from FedBizOpps will require prior registration in System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). If you are a first-time FedBizOpps user, you will also be required to register in FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) before accessing the RFP documents.
