- Performance Work Statement COMBO - The Circle Staffing The 341 MW/CVB is in need of a CIRCLE Coordinator. The Air Force developed the Comprehensive Airmen Fitness (CAF) model to institute a fitness program focused on enhancing performance and building resilience (ability to grow and thrive in the face of challenges and recuperate from adversity). CAF provides Airmen/families with physical, mental, spiritual fitness, social fitness, and resiliency which enables them to effectively experience and manage personal and professional growth in response to stressors associated with military service. These stressors include a high operational tempo, deployments, recurrent change and maintaining high personal and professional standards of conduct. Malmstrom AFB envisions that the implementation of the CAF model will result in a community of balanced, healthy, and self-confident Airmen.
