- RFQ W9114F-18-Q-0049 Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Preparation Training for 41 students at MEDDACB Facility, Vilseck, Germany. This course will prepare Soldiers and DA Civilians in utilizing proven project management methodologies on projects in any operational environment. The contractor will provide 40 hours of in-person, instructor-taught PMP Exam preparation training, PMP application assistance and review, and all training materials. Following the training personnel will meet the Continuing Education requirements to sit for the PMP certification exam. This acquisition will be solicited as an unrestricted, full and open competition basis via release of a Request for Quotes. The proposed business arrangement is a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. Based on the commercial item definition in FAR 2.101, and IAW DFARS 212.102(a)(1)(A), it is hereby determined this request constitutes a commercial service contract and all associated actions shall be accomplished in accordance with best practice of commercial services. PMP Preparation Course The Contractor will provide Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Preparation Training for 21 students from 13 - 17 August 2018 and for 20 students 24 - 28 September 2018 at MEDDACB Facility, Vilseck, Germany IAW the PWS. Travel, Lodging and Perdiem Travel fees are Not To Exceed (NTE) funded amounts in the price schedule. The Government will reimburse the Contractor for its expenses at reasonable cost to include economy airfare, lodging, meals and transportation that are not to exceed the prescribed Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) rates within the constraints of the line item funding on contract line 0002. The Contractor shall submit receipts showing actual charges for economy airfare, baggage fees, parking, and hotel room. The Contractor will be reimbursed for these costs for class conducted from 13 - 17 August 2018. Contractor Manpower Reporting Contractor shall self register and participate in the Contractor Manpower Reporting Application (CMRA) in accordance with PWS para 3.0. Reporting period shall be the period of performance not to exceed 12 months ending 30 September of each Government fiscal year and must be reported by 31 October of the calendar year.
