Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM), PMA205, has a requirement for the Technical Upgrade including analysis, development, production, enhancement, upgrade, test, installation and delivery, documentation, operation, configuration management, and sustainment of the USMC ATS ADVTE equipment including Network Exercise Control Center (NECC), Tactical Environment (TEn) subsystem, Common Virtual Training Area (CVTA), and other aviation training equipment in order to provide persistent, correlated, high-fidelity distributed mission training capabilities to all applicable Marine Corps sites conducting training with MC ATS training devices and NECCs.
