- Request for Proposal SPE4A718R1012 will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a FIVE year base for NSN 1660-00-866-4250.The item being procured is an IMPELLER WHEEL, AIRCRAFT. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 39 each. This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. Approved sources of supply: CAGE: 73030 Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation part number 560304 and CAGE: 1A821 Aerokool Aviation Corporation DBA part number 560304. This is not a commercial item. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The required delivery schedule with Government First Article Testing is 432 days. Solicitation issue date is 3 August 2018. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
