Description

NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs Strategic Acquisition Center intends to extend the term of existing sole source contract awarded to Encore Medical L.P. dba DJO Surgical, located at 9800 Metric Blvd, Austin TX 78758 to provide Prosthetic Implant Appliances and Associated Accessories. The period of performance for this action will be from October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019. The proposed contract action will extend the term of the contract under FAR 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of Contract, included in the contract. This is informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals.
