Description

Appendix A Performance Work Statement (PWS) FA8125-18-Q-0127 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the formats in Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8125-18-Q-0127 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The Government intends to award a sole source contract to PaR Systems, LLC for the below commercial item. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-1003. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310. The size standard is $7.5 million. There is no set-aside for small business for this acquisition. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the procurement of PaR Systems Repair. See attached Performance Work Statement and Appendix A
